Tekashi 6ix9ine’s ex-girlfriend, Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, has filed a lawsuit against him.
Diaz accused Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, of sharing intimate videos of her online and abusing her both physically and emotionally. She claimed that throughout their relationship, he harmed her in many ways, including stealing money from her. “Defendant has waged an appalling campaign of abuse against her — seeking to dominate, control, and harm her; alienate her from her family and friends; and rob her of hundreds of thousands of dollars of her hard-earned money.â€
The lawsuit lists revenge porn, battery, fraud, and emotional distress as the main issues. Diaz wants at least $1 million in damages.
She ended things with Hernandez after finding out he stole from her. In response, Hernandez posted private photos and videos of her on social media. Her team worked to remove these videos, but Hernandez reposted them before they were taken down again.
According to Diaz, Hernandez started abusing her within the first month of their relationship in 2023. He even hit her during her daughter’s baptism, where he also threatened to throw her off a balcony in front of her loved ones.
Fans think this whole situation is really sad.
Hernandez allegedly blamed Diaz for his violence. In December 2023, Diaz was arrested after she claimed she lashed out because Hernandez kept her locked in his home by taking away her passport and money.
He also belittled her by saying she was worthless without him and forced her to get cosmetic surgeries. He wanted her to look different and made her feel bad about herself.
Diaz said Hernandez took her money and convinced her record label and music distributor to give him more. He used her funds to buy a luxury car and rent villas for parties, pretending he paid for everything.
She found out about the theft in August and broke up with him then. On August 19, she received a DM with an explicit photo and a threat to release a full video. The video was eventually posted from an anonymous account on X.
“Defendant was the only person in possession of this recording prior to its release, and his long history of abuse and control of Plaintiff confirms that he is responsible for the video’s publication,†the suit said.
Representatives for both Hernandez and Diaz have not commented on the matter. Speaking to TMZ, Hernandez denied all the allegations.
“All that jewelry is mine … that car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought,†he stated. “I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had a 2-month-old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them.â€
This lawsuit is just one of many legal issues Hernandez has faced. He was arrested in the Dominican Republic on domestic violence charges at the start of 2024.
