Taylor Swift’s Last Surprise Song on Eras Tour

Taylor Swift Wraps Up Her Eras Tour

Taylor Swift ended her Eras Tour with a special surprise for her fans by performing five songs during the final surprise song segment.

The evening kicked off with Swift playing “A Place in This World” and “New Romantics” on her guitar. Next, she transitioned to the piano, performing “Long Live” with a new twist in the lyrics to mark the end of this tour chapter: “It was the end of an era/ But the start of an age.” She then moved into “New Year’s Day” and finished with “The Manuscript.”

The last show of this long tour was held at BC Place in Vancouver on December 8. Addressing the crowd, Swift shared her reflections on the journey, saying, “You know we have toured the entire world with this tour. We have had so many adventures it has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.”

Fans think it’s amazing how much emotion she put into her performance every night.

Throughout the tour, fans eagerly anticipated the surprise song each night since most of the show followed a set list. On the night before the last show, she brought Gracie Abrams on stage for a mash-up of “I Love You, I’m Sorry” and “Last Kiss.”

The Eras Tour began back on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona. Over its run, it featured countless memorable events and guests, including a notable appearance by Travis Kelce at Wembley Stadium in London.
