Sofía Valdés Cuco Collaboration How’s That Working Out

‘How’s That Working Out?’ is Sofía Valdés’ first track from her upcoming debut album

Sofía Valdés has teamed up with Cuco for a new song called “How’s That Working Out?”.

With its catchy blend of bossa nova and modern beats, this tune is perfect for those late summer vibes. It’s Valdés’ first song released in 2024, marking a shift from her usual soft, acoustic style. In the music video, she throws playful questions at different guys before Cuco joins her in the fun.

On Instagram, Valdés shared how their collaboration happened naturally. “It was already mixed and mastered when we realized we really wanted Omar on the track,” she said. “I texted him the song and next day he was at the studio.”

For the song release, Valdés and Cuco did an Instagram Live. During the chat, she mentioned that DannyLux will also feature on her debut album. Before this, she collaborated with Pink Sweat$ on “Broken” in 2022.

In 2020, Valdés gave us her first taste of music and soon after, her debut EP “Ventura”. Then came another jazzy set called “In the Bloom”. Last fall, she released “Silvia,” which is part of her upcoming full album, expected later this year.
