Shakira’s Exciting Tour Update
Shakira is adding more concert dates to her tour in North America because so many people want to see her perform.
The tour, called Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, will start on May 13 in Charlotte and make stops in cities like Toronto, Boston, Miami, and Las Vegas. She’ll also headline WorldPride DC on May 26 before wrapping up the North American shows in San Francisco on June 30. Earlier, she mentioned online that her 2024 tour in North America would be delayed until the next year. This change is to move from smaller venues to much larger stadiums, giving everyone a chance to see her live. Before that, Shakira will be performing in Latin America, starting in Rio de Janeiro on February 11.
“I’m so excited to share my best show yet with you,” Shakira shared in an Instagram story. “Thank you all for supporting and inspiring me to keep pushing myself. I can’t wait to celebrate with you in May!”
We are thrilled about this fantastic news!
Back in 2018, Shakira toured for her album El Dorado. In a chat with Rolling Stone, she talked about how big this new tour is going to be, with each show being around two hours instead of just 90 minutes like before.
“This is going to be the biggest in my career so far, the most extensive, with the most range. It’s also going to be the longest,” she told Rolling Stone.
Recently, she released a song called “Soltera” featuring Anitta, Winnie Harlow, Lele Pons, and Danna, which came out with a music video. Fans can grab presale tickets on Wednesday at noon local time, while general tickets will be available on October 25 at noon.
