Sean “Diddy” Combs is being accused by prosecutors of using other inmates’ phone accounts to send out messages on social media, trying to sway public opinion before his trial for serious charges.
The court papers say that since he got arrested in September, he’s been making calls using other prisoners’ phone codes, which he wasn’t supposed to do. They even have recordings of him doing this.

But the prosecutors think he can’t be trusted, pointing out evidence like notes and recorded calls suggesting he tried to manipulate witnesses.
