The ‘Espresso’ Singer’s Holiday Twist

Sabrina Carpenter is set to bring her unique flair to the holiday season with a new variety show on Netflix, debuting December 6.

Titled A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter, the show will showcase songs from her holiday EP, Fruitcake, alongside classic holiday tunes. Expect plenty of laughs, surprise duets, cameos, and comedic guests.

Carpenter, who is also an executive producer for the show, shared her excitement: “The holidays have always been so special to me. I am excited to bring my take to a classic holiday variety show – infusing my love of music and comedy to make something that is uniquely me.”

Michael D. Ratner, another executive producer, commented on her vision: “Sabrina’s vision to subvert the classic holiday special has been clear since day one.”

Sabrina isn’t new to blending humor with her music. From the cheeky lyrics in songs like "Espresso" and "Please Please Please" to her playful VMAs antics, she loves making people laugh. Recently, she even kissed an alien on stage! She told Rolling Stone that she’s thrilled people enjoy her humor, saying, “My mom has been like, ‘Do you feel crazy right now?’ I just love that people get my sense of humor.”

A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter will be available to stream at 9PM EST/6PM PST, only on Netflix.
