Mariah’s Early Holiday Move
Mariah Carey, known for her Christmas tunes, surprised everyone by hinting at the holiday season in early October.
In a short clip shared online, she relaxed in a jet as her famous song “All I Want for Christmas Is You†began to play. The pilot’s voice came over, pretending they were flying to the North Pole. She quickly interrupted, saying it was too soon and joking that people always rush her.
Fans remember she usually waits until November to declare the holiday spirit. In past years, she has done fun things like breaking out of an ice block with ghosts around or sharing new video clips of her hit song. Last year, on November 1, she had a double celebration when a lawsuit over her song was dropped.
We all know Mariah loves making Christmas special, even if she teases us a bit early sometimes.
In August, she already mentioned her upcoming holiday tour for 2024, sparking joy among fans who can’t wait to see her live.
Back in 2022, some songwriters accused her of copying their old song, but their lawsuit was dropped. However, just a year later, one of them brought the issue back, saying things didn’t get sorted out with Mariah and her team.
The legal battle might see more action soon. In August, Mariah argued that her song is different from the other one, and a judge will look into this on October 31.
