The Arrest at the Concert
A man threatened “two members of the Kansas City Chiefs organization” at a concert in Kansas City.
During Morgan Wallen’s show at Arrowhead Stadium, someone threatened to shoot two people. Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were there, seen with Wallen after the incident delayed the event by 40 minutes.
Authorities discovered the threat on social media, leading to the arrest of Aaron Brown, who faces a Class E felony charge for making a terroristic threat. Brown, from Illinois, confirmed his presence at the concert when questioned by police.
I think it’s scary how social media can be used like this.
The statement revealed Brown was charged and had a $15,000 bond set, though prosecutors asked for $250,000.
Chiefs Players Enjoy the Concert
Wallen emerged from his dressing room with Kelce and Mahomes, sporting a custom Chiefs jersey with the number seven, his high school baseball number, which Harrison Butker also wears. Butker recently faced criticism for comments during a speech.
A fan shared a clip on Instagram showing Wallen greeting Kelce and Mahomes backstage. Later, both players were spotted enjoying the concert, singing and dancing in the stands.
