Lady Gaga Bruno Mars Debut Die With a Smile Live

Bruno Mars Rocks Intuit Dome’s First Show

On Thursday night in Los Angeles, Bruno Mars had a special guest, Lady Gaga, join him on stage to perform their new ballad “Die With a Smile.”

This performance marked the first concert ever at the Intuit Dome arena in Inglewood. Just after the song hit streaming platforms, Mars and Gaga brought it to life in front of a live audience. They kept things simple and true to the western theme they’ve been using to promote the song. Mars played guitar while Gaga was on the keyboard, and their powerful voices were the main attraction. After Gaga left the stage, Mars gave the chorus one more go with his band.

The two had been hinting at this team-up by wearing each other’s merchandise in solo social media posts. This is the first fresh track from both in a while; Mars last put out music with Silk Sonic in 2021, and Gaga’s latest album, Chromatica, came out in 2020. Recently, she also collaborated with Stevie Wonder on “Sweet Sounds of Heaven.” Despite no solo releases, Mars and Gaga have stayed busy with Las Vegas residencies and tours.

Gaga has been dropping hints about her next album, which would be her seventh, while also promoting her new movie, Joker: Folie à Deux. She excited fans by mentioning the new song with Mars and hinted at more to come soon, writing, “WHILE YOU WAIT TILL LG7…”

Fans are always excited when these two mega-stars drop new music!
