Allegations Against Kanye West
Lauren Pisciotta, who used to work for Kanye West, has updated her lawsuit with new claims that she was drugged and assaulted during a studio session in Santa Monica.
In the lawsuit, Pisciotta explains that she went to this session with a client who managed artists, but didn’t say who. Sean Combs was co-hosting, but he’s not involved in any accusations. At the gathering, drinks were served, and there was an announcement saying people had to drink if they wanted to stay. The lawsuit says her drink was secretly spiked with a drug. After drinking just a bit, she felt dizzy and confused.
“As Plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where Plaintiffs memories of that night escape her,” the suit continues.
Fans sometimes wonder why these things take so long to come out.
Waking up the next day, Pisciotta felt sick and puzzled. She was ashamed and embarrassed because she couldn’t remember anything after sipping the drink West gave her. Years later, she learned she was allegedly assaulted when West admitted they “hooked up” at the session. When she told him she had no memory beyond sitting on a couch with him, West reportedly laughed, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
A spokesperson for West hasn’t responded to Rolling Stone’s request for comments.
Originally, Pisciotta accused West of harassment and firing her without a valid reason. The lawsuit said he sent inappropriate messages, did indecent acts over the phone, and once did so right in front of her.
West’s history with explicit content isn’t new. In 2022, reports mentioned former Yeezy workers claimed he showed them inappropriate images of Kim Kardashian and other unsettling behavior. West has mentioned struggling with pornography, calling it an addiction that harmed his family, and even used it as inspiration for designs.
