While heading to New York for a TV appearance and interviews about his book “Life’s Fragile Moments,” his dermatologist alerted him about melanoma. It was the same doctor who had previously helped him with a similar issue, saving his life.
Instead of enjoying holiday preparations at home, he flew back to Los Angeles after finishing his work in New York and headed straight from the airport to surgery. He hoped the procedure would clear all traces of cancer.
Fans hope Julian gets good news soon, especially since he mentioned it would be the best Christmas gift ever.
He is still waiting for biopsy results, which might not come until after Christmas.
