Esmé Bianco from Game of Thrones says she’s been waiting in pain for four years for a decision on her accusations against Marilyn Manson.
On Thursday, she decided it was time to ask for some answers.
She, along with other women, accused Manson of abuse back in 2021, but he denies it. Around that time, she met with investigators while Manson’s home was searched by the police. She gave a long interview to prosecutors and is ready to testify.
Fans sometimes feel like justice takes too long.
“What is the holdup? I’m doing all the things,” Bianco shared. “Once you’ve survived him, you could survive anything.” For her, it’s crucial to get a decision soon because waiting leaves her life uncertain.
Bianco has no issues with careful investigations. She just wants them to finish soon because waiting almost four years isn’t fair to the survivors. She’s done everything she can, but still, there are no updates, which makes her feel devastated.
The District Attorney’s Office stated they keep victims informed throughout the case process.
Manson’s lawyer didn’t comment on Bianco’s words. Bianco spoke with Rolling Stone after a press conference with her lawyer and others. She was upset when an update on the case only came after her event was announced.
“Almost four years ago, I did what victims of rape are ‘supposed’ to do,” she said. After the investigation started, she received threats, and meanwhile, Manson continued his music career.

Bianco criticized how information was shared by Gascón’s office. She feels ignored by someone who should be helping victims.
Bianco wants the case to move forward, even if it means going through a tough trial. She and her lawyer don’t know how many charges might be brought against Manson, but several women have given their testimony.
“It’s traumatizing for survivors,” Ellwanger shared. He stressed the need for communication and decisions in such cases. Bianco first came forward with her story in 2021, detailing abuse starting from 2005. Warner allegedly threatened and abused her in many ways during their relationship.
She recalls Warner controlling her with threats and saying he was just misunderstood. In 2011, he promised her help with her acting career, but instead, things got worse.
Warner denied the claims, calling them a coordinated attack. His ex-fiancée, Evan Rachel Wood, also accused him of abuse, prompting more women to share their stories.
The investigation went public, but the case hasn’t progressed much since. Gascón assured they’re working carefully and will make a decision soon.
Outside of the criminal proceedings, Warner settled lawsuits with Bianco and another accuser privately. Ashley Morgan Smithline dropped her lawsuit and took back her accusations.
Warner’s ex-assistant Ashley Walters has a trial scheduled for 2025. Another accuser, Bianca Kyne, recently revealed her identity and claims Warner abused her when she was a minor.
