Chappell Roan’s Stylish Year
Chappell Roan rocked the pop scene with her amazing outfits throughout the year and shared her top ten looks of 2024 on Instagram.
“It’s my opinion!!!” she posted, with a nod to a meme from Real Housewives. “Why yes, I do consider myself to be iconique.”
Her top look was from Governors Ball in June, where she dressed up as the Statue of Liberty with green paint, a matching dress, and a wig, standing out with a weed-smoking apple prop for her New York City gig.
Roan’s tenth pick came from her appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, one of her first TV performances. She sang “Red Wine Supernova” in a beige dress like Marie Antoinette while surrounded by a campy heart.

Her ninth favorite was at Lollapalooza in August, featuring a pink-and-blue lucha libre outfit. Surrounded by bodybuilders and a strongwoman, she brought an electrifying vibe to the stage.
The Midwest Princess wore a white swan outfit on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in June, earning eighth place, while her colorful butterfly wings at Coachella Weekend Two came seventh.
Fans think her style is super cool and fun to watch.
At the MTV Video Music Awards, she wowed twice. Her silver knight performance outfit took sixth place, while her red carpet attire, which led to an amusing face-off with a photographer, ranked fourth.
Her beige latex look at Coachella’s first weekend landed fifth, and third was her striking pink prom dress with lipstick-stained teeth and a massive red wig during her NPR’s Tiny Desk performance.
Who could forget her Grammy afterparty ensemble, featuring a pig nose and a ruby red dress, which became the cover for her single “Good Luck, Babe!”? This look secured the second spot on her list.
And speaking of “Good Luck, Babe!,” it topped Rolling Stone’s Best Songs of 2024. The review called it a catchy yet raw pop fairytale, propelling her to megastar status.
