Adele’s Emotional Speech at Final Las Vegas Show

Pop stars had a big weekend with Adele and Taylor Swift wrapping up their tours.

Adele gave a heartfelt speech on her last night at her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, sipping wine before talking about her experience there.

She said, “I’m so sad this residency is over but I am so glad that it happened, I really, really am,” reflecting on the rocky start of her shows, which were postponed from January 2022 to November 2022.

Adele mentioned how tough it was postponing the residency, being told it might ruin her career, but it all worked out in the end as she celebrated her 100th show. She advised, “If something doesn’t feel right to you, don’t fucking do it.” We admire her courage to trust herself.

She felt proud and thanked everyone for the chance to perform again, especially appreciating her son, Angelo, for whom she chose this residency to keep his life stable. Her partner, Rich Paul, got a shout-out too for being supportive.

“I will miss it terribly, I will miss you terribly. I don’t know when I next want to perform again,” she admitted, unsure of her next steps. “Of course I’ll be back, the only thing I’m good at is singing… I just don’t know when I want to next come onstage,” she joked, showing no plans yet.

Finally, Adele expressed gratitude to the audience, saying performing in Vegas was just what she needed at this time, ending with, “I love you, I adore you. Thank you.”
